How can it help?
Our hot compress salt blend is infused with healing herbs & various topical salts and energised to soothe soreness, aches and inflammation in the muscles and joints for gentle pain relief. It improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation and pains and  promotes relaxation.
 
Salt is one of the most underrated crystals of all time that not only has nutritional properties but aids in our healing too by working with our physical and energetic selves. When used intentionally, salt can help cleanse our energy fields and remove any negative energy that may be weighing us down.
 
Our salt blends are energised and charged with various healing modalities, including MTA, to help you restore and strengthen your energy from within.
 
Directions to use:
- Boil about 500ml water, take off the gas.
(Contains dried herbs and ingredients  that can be flammable, donot bring into direct contact of fire)
- A spoon or two of the salt to be added to the water, stir until dissolved.
- Take a towel and soak in it for a few seconds and remove the excess water from it and dab on the pain areas.
