Directions to use
1. After taking a bath & before wiping off, take some salt and rub it off on your skin all over your body.
2. Take a rinse again.

An alternative way to use it is to soak your feet in warm water with the salt dissolved completely.

My secret: I add a little coconut oil to this and it helps keep my skin moisturised.
