This article is a very detailed overview of the energetic scan I have done for the energy of 2025. It reflects a combination of my intuitive insights, communication with my spirit guides and the energy of 2025, and knowledge received through my studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chakras and Granthis system, music, psychology and my professional practice of Bach Flower Remedies,Tapping, MTA energy healing and other holistic modalities and therapies. The energy of 2025 invites us to slow down, recalibrate inward and reflect it to the reality we live in. Think of this year as a pitstop—a moment to pause and release what no longer serves us, detoxify our minds and bodies, and prepare for sustainable growth for the years to come. Unlike years that push for acceleration and outward action, the energy of 2025 asks us to embrace stillness and focus on the very action inward. It’s not about rushing forward but about creating a foundation that supports long-term transformation and fulfillment.
2025 : Year of Embracing Stillness Intentionally and Defeating the mindset of Stagnation
When I connected with the energy I found it in a very meditative state. A state of stillness that carried a force and momentum unlike anything we would see in heavy action, but it was constantly creating super powerful ripples around itself with it's stillness and focus. I realised more of how intentionally doing something starts a journey and more of actions inward than outward, but the impact can be seen in our reality, heavily. The outward action and success becomes a by-product of the same mindset.
In a world where we are conditioned to associate stillness with stagnation, the energy of 2025 comes with a powerful reminder: to learn to embrace intentional stillness and pause with its power to recalibrate. The more we embrace it, the more is the pick up momentum. This year offers an energy and opportunity to aid in the following processes that you can use to make it work in your favour:
Release Old Patterns: Let go of habits, beliefs, and relationships that no longer align with who we are becoming.
Integrate Lessons: Consolidate wisdom gained from past experiences. Instead of rushing to the next goal, reflect on what you’ve learned and how it shapes your path forward.

2025: From the perspective of Chinese medicine. The year of Wood Element and the Snake
In the realm of energy and symbolism, 2025 aligns with the wood element and the snake. In Chinese medicine, the wood element represents and drives growth, flexibility, and structure, while the snake embodies wisdom, transformation, and renewal. Together, they form the essence of detoxification and recalibration, urging us to shed old layers and step into greater alignment with ourselves.
The energy of the wood element supports detoxification, clarity, and sustainability. It governs processes like releasing toxic emotions (anger, frustration, resentment) and invites us to nurture resilience and adaptability. The snake's transformative energy reminds us that growth requires letting go of the past and trusting in the process of renewal. This combination creates the perfect environment to pause and create meaningful, intentional change.
Here’s my logical and intuitive take on that from my studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine: - Organs and Meridians involved with the Energy of the Wood Element, in 2025
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Wood Element governs the Liver and Gallbladder. These organs play a central role in detoxification (physically and emotionally), emotional processing, and planning for long-term growth. The associated meridians that is lIver meridian and gallbladder meridian primarily amplify this energy, guiding us toward balance and alignment. At the same time, spleen meridian related to digestion, blood purification, logical thinking, worrying, brooding, etc. is also going to be under the radar of the 2025's personality. If these meridians are balanced, energy flow stays good, you are good to handle 2025 effortlessly. So definitely something to look at. (Please note: meridians are energy pathways or channels in the body and are named after some of the major organs but they run across the body including many other parts and organs in the body, please donot confuse meridians with organs)
The Liver Meridian
Primary Function: Governs the smooth flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body, as well as the storage of blood. It plays a key role in detoxification and emotional regulation.
Emotions Associated: Anger, frustration, resentment. When balanced, the Liver Meridian promotes patience, vision, and inner harmony.
Signs of Imbalance:
Physical: Tension in the neck and shoulders, headaches, eye strain, or menstrual irregularities.
Emotional: Irritability, indecision, or a sense of being stuck.
Activation Points:
Massage or gently press along the inside of your legs (from the big toe to the groin) to stimulate the Liver Meridian.
Focus on the Liver 3 (Tai Chong) point, located on the top of the foot between the big toe and second toe, for stress relief and grounding.
(Please note: these activation points need to be used with caution especially if you have any kind of acute or chronic issue going on)
The Gallbladder Meridian
Primary Function:Governs decision-making and courage. The Gallbladder Meridian supports assertiveness and clarity in taking bold steps forward.
Emotions Associated: Indecision, hesitation, and fear of failure. A balanced Gallbladder Meridian promotes confidence, boldness, and the ability to follow through on plans.
Signs of Imbalance:
Physical: Migraines, tension headaches, hip pain, or digestive issues.
Emotional: Overwhelm, second-guessing decisions, or difficulty moving forward.
Activation Points:
Massage along the side of your body, starting at the temples and running down the sides of your torso and outer thighs to the fourth toe.
Focus on the Gallbladder 20 (Feng Chi) point, located at the base of the skull, to release tension and improve clarity.

Aligning with the Liver and Gallbladder Energy in 2025
This year emphasizes harmonizing the Liver and Gallbladder through intentional practices, supporting both physical detoxification and emotional clarity. Here’s how you can align:

Incorporate foods that support liver and gallbladder health (leafy greens, bitter foods, and detoxifiers like beets and lemon water).
Use herbs like milk thistle, turmeric, and peppermint to aid liver function.
Release Emotional Baggage:

Other Practical Tips for Navigating the Energy of 2025
1. Physical Detox
Support your body’s natural detox processes with nourishing habits. A suitable fasting regime as per your bodily needs can be very efficient. Focus a lot on your liver and gut when it comes to food.
Some Easy Food options to Incorporate:
Leafy greens: spinach, kale, arugula.
Bitter foods like dandelion greens, bitter gourd, grapefruit.
Detoxifiers like beets, carrots, lemon water, parsley, cucumber.
Healthy fats like ghee, avocado, olive oil for bile flow
Fermented Foods like Sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir support gut health, also aids detox
Fruits High in Antioxidants and Vitamin C like Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, oranges.
Seeds like Flaxseeds and chia seeds, rich in fiber and omega-3s to promote detoxification

2. Emotional Detox
The energy of 2025 encourages emotional clarity and release. To detox your emotions:
Journaling with Prompts like What emotions am I holding onto that no longer serve me? What decisions or situations do I need to forgive myself or others for? How can I create more emotional space for joy and peace?
Practicing Gratitude on a daily basis: It is an absolute necessity. Maintain a journal or notes on your board. Make sure you spend sometime every day acknowledging the things you are grateful for. In my experience and understanding, its the cheat code to anything in life. If your mind resists, flex it bend it exercise like you would at the gym for your body and push it to find gratitude. This is an exercise of the mind that gives long term results. And definitely a skill to posses.
Breathwork for Emotional Release: Practice diaphragmatic breathing to calm your nervous system and release trapped emotions. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts. Repeat for 5-10 minutes daily. (not all breathwork suit everyone. Please follow an expert's guidance or listen to your body)
Establishing healthy boundaries in life: May it be with a toxic thought pattern, or a person or situation. It is essential to have this solid intention when we are in the pause.
3. Energetic Detox
Chakra Work:
Solar Plexus Chakra: Focus on releasing anger, frustration, and self-doubt. Visualize yellow light radiating from your core, filling you with confidence and personal power. Using frequency music or healing to rebalance it can be very helpful as well.
Heart Chakra: Practice forgiveness and compassion for self and others, by envisioning green light surrounding your heart, bringing in healing and love. Using frequency music or healing to rebalance it can be very helpful as well.
Root Chakra: Do a lot of grounding, frequency music, healing and mindset work with your fears and insecurities. These can help and aid in the process of detox. If not, it can reflect in your throat chakra primarily and others as well, based on your own energy system.
This brings me to Throat Chakra: The chakra that facilitates communication in our day to day life. One of the easiest way to work with it is to accept the truth of you life and your being and living in authenticity. Frequency music, healing, mindset work, shadow work, crystals can be considered to help you get it balanced.
Crystals like tourmaline, hematite, smoky quartz, bloodstone, red jasper, rhodonite, citrine, Lapis Lazuli are some of the many crystals that can be very handy to anchor yourself to the flow of this year
4. Movements for the energy
Move your body in ways that feel intuitive and supportive to release stagnant energy, along with that the following are a must do if you are someone into fitness, dance, movements and exercises for any kind of healing:
Yoga Spinal Twists: Postures like seated or lying spinal twists stimulate digestion and detoxification and can be very helpful during this year.
Dancing for Release: Play music you love and let your body move freely. This helps release stuck energy and emotions while boosting joy and vitality.
Walking in Nature: Walking outdoors not only connects you to the wood element but also helps to calm the mind and release physical tension.
4. Sustainability and Consistency
The energy of 2025 thrives on sustainable habits and microscopic-actions.
Microscopic-Habits: Small, consistent actions lead to long-term transformation. For example:
Start your morning with peace, calm and movement.
Spend five minutes each day journaling or meditating or tapping
Take very intentional breaks during the day to reconnect with your breath and energy. And every few months to retreat and reassess your journey.
Protocol for Low Days:Plan ahead for challenging moments. Have simple steps ready, like listening to calming music, preparing a nourishing meal, or taking a short walk to reset. Give yourself the love and compassion.
Include music into your days: Apart from your favourite motivational songs, you can consider: 528Hz, 320Hz, 639Hz, 432Hz, 444Hz, 174Hz, 285Hz, 852Hz
Space: Our space has much deeper impact on our mind than the credit we give it. It reflects back into our minds. Keep your space as decluttered for clarity. Maintain a balance that suits your mindset. One of my favourite ways to help myself stay aligned is Putting reminders and notes around. And most definitely, DO NOT HOARD. Let go of what is not needed in your life. Make space to welcome growth and healing. Energise your space and keep its energy vital and abundant.

The energy of 2025 is a call to slow down, detoxify, and embrace intentional stillness. This isn’t stagnation—it’s recalibration. It’s a chance to realign with your inner truth and set the foundation for sustainable growth. By pausing and reflecting, you make space for momentum to find you naturally. Trust that the universe is quietly orchestrating the alignment of your life, even if you can’t see it yet.
