A First Glimpse into the Chambers, Pockets, Passages, and Layers of the Spirit Realm

Introduction

Before we dive in, I want to be clear—what I’m sharing comes entirely from my personal experience as an energy worker, medium, and communicator with souls, animals, and plants across lifetimes and dimensions.

This is not rooted in any specific culture, religion, or tradition, nor is it meant to challenge belief systems. These are first-hand insights from my direct communication with souls and guides.

The spirit realm is vast, layered, and deeply intricate. It’s not something I’ve read about—it’s something I’ve experienced. Because this is a complex topic, this is Part 1 of a series. In Part 2, we’ll explore earthly souls, angels, and other dimensions of the spirit world.

Since childhood, I’ve been a medium, connecting with energies beyond this realm. Through countless visits and conversations with souls, I’ve gained an understanding that I now feel ready to share.

This comes from direct discussions with spirit guides, animals and human souls who have passed on, meditations, near-death experiences, accessing the Akashic records, and communicating with the higher selves of many individuals in my sessions and many higher realm energy beings.

Additionally, I am clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient, and over time, I’ve honed my intuitive abilities to access all the clairs, allowing for deep, multidimensional energy communication.

I share this with the utmost respect for all belief systems, knowing it may or may not resonate or open new perspectives for some.

And I would love to share my perspective. We will go deeper as we go forward.

For now, let’s begin with the blueprint of the spirit realm.

P.S. We also have many videos and posts going on instagram on the topic of Spirit Realm. Like: The myths, The concept of Hell and Heaven, Spirit Realm and animals and plants, Ghosts, Spirit guides, and much more If you are interested in more, follow us on Instragram : @sacreosal

The Spirit Realm: A Loving, Structured, Intentional Space

The spirit realm isn’t just an endless, vast expanse. It’s deeply structured, intentional, and layered with dimensions that reflect the soul’s journey and evolution. However, it doesn’t function like physical spaces on Earth.

In our earthly minds, we imagine spaces with walls, rooms, and structures—but the spirit realm defies these concepts. It isn’t a three-dimensional space with fixed locations. Instead, it exists in layers of vibrations and dimensions, much like sound waves or light waves—fluid, dynamic, and constantly in motion. If I had a single word to describe it, I would, but the truth is, it transcends the language we have. Think of it not as places but as frequencies, vibrations, and states of consciousness.

Beyond the Veil: My First-Hand Experience

Understanding spirit world isn’t just a spiritual experience—it’s an intimate understanding of how energy moves, transitions, and transforms. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being with animals and humans as they prepared to transition, during their final moments, and even after they’ve crossed over.

Through these experiences, I’ve gathered profound insights into the structure and layers of the spirit realm—insights that I always wanted to know but haven’t come across in books, blogs, or  other mediums.

Let's dive into some of the Chambers, Pockets and Passages

1. The Transition: Moving from the Physical to the Spirit Realm

When a being—whether a human, animal, or even a plant—prepares to transition, they are never alone. This is a universal truth I’ve witnessed time and time again.

  • Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Loved Ones: As the soul begins its departure from the physical body. The soul is surrounded by spirit guides, ancestors, and loved ones from the spirit realm. This support system is constant, whether the transition is peaceful or sudden, expected or unexpected.

  • The Fear of Being Alone: One of the biggest fears for many, especially pet parents, is the idea what if their loved one might pass away alone. And I have known many who have felt immense guilt to have by chance missed being there for them. I see and understand, its natural to feel that way but I hope you take comfort in knowing that they were not alone.

The Energy Shift Before Death: In many cases, animals and humans sense their approaching transition and start becoming aware of the presence of spirit guides days, weeks, or even months before passing. This shift in energy can sometimes be seen in their behavior (e.g., staring at something unseen, increased peace or restlessness). The spirit realm functions as a "rebirth" into another plane, where souls are welcomed with open arms by those they’ve known before. They are guided, comforted, and protected through every step of their journey.

2. The Passage: Crossing the Threshold

After the soul leaves the physical body, it encounters what I describe as The Passage. This is often symbolized in cultural references as a gate or a tunnel, and my experiences align with this depiction. This passage is symbolic, not physical. While many near-death experiences describe it as a tunnel or gate, it is more of an energetic threshold rather than a literal doorway. Its a a portal, and souls pass through with ease, guided by their spiritual companions.

Some Variation in Experience: Some souls pass through quickly, like a seamless shift in awareness. Others might experience a more gradual transition, depending on their vibrational readiness. Some who pass suddenly (such as in accidents) may take longer to cross fully and may receive extra support from their guides. But its not necessary always. I have also spoken to souls who have quickly accepted it especially someone spiritually inclined.

Immediate Awareness Shift: Upon crossing, most souls have mentioned to me about instantly feeling lighter, freer, and expanded, no longer bound by the weight of a physical body.

3. The Bardo: The Realm of Review and Assessment

Once through the passage, souls enter what I refer to and is also referred in many spiritual and religious context as The Bardo. The term “Bardo” is borrowed from Tibetan Buddhism, but my understanding of the state goes beyond the religious interpretation.

  • Life Review: In the Bardo, the soul undergoes a complete review of its past life and all past lives and evolution till the point. This is not a judgmental process—there is no concept of “sin” or “punishment” here. Instead, it’s an honest, compassionate reflection of the life/lives lived.

  • Complete Autonomy: The soul has full authority in this space. It isn’t a subordinate to higher beings but an equal participant in the review process. Spirit guides, ascended masters, and other high-frequency beings assist in articulating and understanding the lessons learned and the growth achieved and plan further.

  • Review Beyond a Single Life: This isn’t just a review of the most recent life. The soul reflects on all its previous incarnations, focusing on its overall evolution and journey toward higher consciousness.

Soul Contracts: Planning the Next Journey

After the review, the soul, along with its guides, masters and other higher realm beings, begins to draft Soul Contracts. These are agreements about the lessons the soul will pursue in its next life, the relationships it will encounter, and the karmic ties it will address with other souls. The higher selves of all the souls involved participate in this. (Our higher self is a cosmic version of us, we are a tiny projection of it, just a small spectrum of it here)

Non-Judgmental Planning: There is no notion of “good” or “bad” in this process. The universe doesn’t operate on a system of punishment or reward—it operates on balance and growth. Karma is the system placed for the same. Everything is documented in our Akashic Records as it is happening and then reviewed in Bardo. Every experience is chosen for the evolution of the soul.

A point to note here is every soul in the spirit realm also has a job/purpose.

4. Resting Chambers: The Space for Rejuvenation

Once the review and contracts are complete, the soul may choose to enter the necessary chambers/pockets for the next step. Let’s first take Resting Chambers. The purpose of resting chambers is to reset the soul’s energy before moving forward.

  • Passive Healing: In these chambers, souls rest. They do not actively engage in healing or work but instead bask in a state of calm and tranquility. This is a space of stillness, allowing the soul to recuperate from the experiences of its past lives.

  • No Interference: While in the resting chambers, souls do not interfere with the earthly realm or any other realms. They are in a state of deep, peaceful detachment. Unless its absolutely required or they choose or want to participate. Everything is with the free will of the soul. Some souls choose to remain here for extended periods before moving to reincarnation or higher evolution.

5. Healing Chambers: Active Restoration of the Soul

Another pocket or chamber I have come across in the realm is what can be called Healing chambers. For souls that carry unresolved energy or trauma from their previous lives, the next stop is the Healing Chambers, if they want to clear them before the next incarnation. Also, Healing here is not just for trauma but also sometimes for integrating deep lessons from past lives before the next incarnation.

  • Active Healing: Unlike the resting chambers, the healing chambers involve active participation. Souls work alongside their spirit guides and other healed souls to address any lingering wounds or karmic imbalances. Other souls and guides, who have completed their healing and now help others in this process. They are guided, supported and go through the process in ease.

  • Releasing Karmic Attachments: Some karmic ties can be released here instead of being carried into a future life.

  • Guidance and Support: Every soul is supported in this process. The spirit realm is deeply collaborative, with every being playing a role in the collective healing and growth of others.

6. Preparing for Reincarnation: The Journey Back to Earth

Once the soul has healed and rested, it may choose to stay longer or reincarnate in a form, lessons and purpose of choice, based on their free will. (It is interesting to note here that no all reincarnations are in living physical body form. I have had some higher self sessions, where he/she has mentioned about  the soul having a life as a light or sound wave or water droplets, etc. or in pure elemental energy form)   This is a carefully guided process, involving several steps. To name a few:

  • Reincarnation Passages: The soul enters specific areas within the spirit realm designed to prepare for reincarnation. Here, it reconnects with future family members’ higher selves, soul groups, spirit guides who would be guiding in that life, establishes bonds, and prepares for the earthly experience. Matching timelines and cosmic cycles.

  • Connecting with the Mother Soul: In the reincarnation passage, if the soul is taking a living form, the soul begins to connect with its future mother. This connection is deeply spiritual before it becomes physical, as the soul starts creating the energetic foundation and imprint for its next life in the womb. This is where spirit baby concepts comes in.

Also, please note: Not all souls choose to return immediately. Some may stay in the spirit realm for centuries before returning. And some incarnation also happens in different dimensions and planes. Something I am still to delve in detail with my guides and souls.

7. The Higher Evolution: Becoming a Spirit Guide

After completing a certain number of lifetimes and reaching a higher level of consciousness through wisdom, healing, and self-mastery, some souls evolve into Spirit Guides. Again it’s a choice. If a soul chooses this path, they move to the teaching/ deeper learning pockets with Ascended Masters or other higher realm beings, some times their own spirit guides too.

  • The Role of a Spirit Guide: These souls guide others through their spiritual journeys, both in the earthly realm and the spirit realm. They may even take on a brief form of humans or animals (e.g. certain high-frequency souls reincarnate as teachers, healers, or way-showers) and are always operating at a much higher frequency. But mostly they operate from the other side. Some assist only their direct soul group. Others evolve to work as guides for many souls across different timelines and dimensions.

  • Ascended Masters and Teaching: At this level, souls often work alongside ascended masters, learning to guide others while continuing their own evolution. This is not the end of the soul’s journey but the beginning of a new phase of higher service and consciousness.

The Fluidity of Time and Space: A Non-Linear Experience

One of the most fascinating aspects of the spirit realm is its relationship with time.

  • Time is Fluid: Processes in the spirit realm can last mere seconds in earthly terms or span hundreds of years.  Time in the spirit realm doesn’t exist as we perceive it. Also, soul can experience past, present, and future simultaneously. Some souls finish their healing in what feels like an instant, while others take what, in earthly terms, would be centuries. The experience of time is entirely different, flowing according to the soul’s needs and choices. I must add here accessing past, present or future here is like a blink of a thought.

  • Space is Vibrational: This is where words fail to fully capture the nature of the spirit realm. We have already established at the starting- It’s not a physical space as we understand it—it’s a vibrational realm.

  • Not Like Our Physical Spaces: The spirit realm isn’t a house with rooms or a map with locations. It’s not structured like our three-dimensional world. If I had a word to describe it, I would. But the closest comparison would be to think of it in terms of vibrations. Imagine something like sound waves or light waves—the spirit realm exists in frequencies, not physical coordinates.

Conclusion: The Spirit Realm Is a Blueprint for Growth

The spirit realm isn’t just an endless, formless space—it’s deeply structured, layered, and intentional, though not in the way we understand physical structures. It’s more like an intricate dance of vibrations and dimensions, each supporting the soul’s growth and evolution.

And this is just Part 1 of what I’ve learned through my experiences. In Part 2 and further ones, we’ll explore the roles of earthly souls, attachments, angels, and other aspects of the spirit realm that we haven’t yet touched on.

If this resonates with you, or if you have questions, I’d love to hear from you in the comments. Your curiosity helps me guide these conversations, and I’ll be creating more content around the questions you have.

And if you’re seeking to connect with a loved one in the spirit realm, I’m here to help guide you through that sacred process. You’re never alone in this journey—whether here or the other side.

Why This Matters & Why I’m Writing This Now!

After working with countless souls and their families, I’ve realized just how much misconception, fear, and misinformation surrounds the spirit realm. So many grieving hearts carry unnecessary distress—believing their loved ones are lost, trapped, or suffering or “not wanting to disturb”. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

I believe, Understanding the blueprint of the spirit realm can shift how we see life, death, and everything in between. It is certainly a starting point to understanding more of the realm.

💫 If you’ve ever lost a loved one—human, animal, or even a beloved plant—know this: they weren’t alone. Their transition was guided, held, and surrounded by love.

💫 If you’re currently facing the passing of a loved one, this knowledge can bring peace. It helps shift fear into a deeper honor for the sacred journey they’re taking.

💫 If you’ve ever sensed, dreamed of, or felt a loved one’s presence after passing, trust it. This may validate what you already know deep within—you’re still connected, always.

💫 If you’re simply curious about what happens beyond this life, let this be your reminder: existence doesn’t stop—it expands.

This is why I share this—to bring clarity, reassurance, and truth in a way that books, theories, and religious doctrines often don’t.

So much unnecessary fear has been placed around the afterlife. It is not a place of suffering, punishment, or separation. It is a realm of evolution, healing, and deep support.

💫 SHARE THIS WITH SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO KNOW THIS.

Part 2 is coming soon!
